Hi there, I am Blanka Fekete, Yoga and Pilates instructor. I am delighted you found my website!

Movement and bodily consciousness have been part of my life since my early childhood when I practiced ballet and modern dance that has eventually led me towards the miraculous world of Yoga. After having been practicing Hatha Yoga for several years, in 2014 I have completed my first teacher training course. I have been deepening as well as sharing the experience of this extraordinary journey – my practice of Yoga – ever since.

I hold a First Class Honours Diploma in Dance Studies that includes my qualification as a Pilates instructor and fitness coach. Past years’ experience of being a practitioner and teacher, have allowed me to perceive one’s body holistically and importantly, to understand our physical alignments accurately. Likewise my journey have been leading me towards recognising our state of well-being extensively in order to create a sustainable inner peace and comfort.

My mission is to introduce and to make the beautiful spirit of Yoga available to as many of you as possible! I believe that Yoga is not about physical abilities but it is about our personal transformation into a state where we approach life with steadiness and are able to recognise the value of the present moment on and off the mat equally. I aim to share my knowledge with the sensitivity of individual needs, within a welcoming atmosphere where you feel free to explore. Therefore you can start your personal journey through self-discovery, with no limits concerning your destination!

Maintaining the true meaning and purpose of Yoga through Patanjali’s eight-limbed path we can obtain a good set of tools that lead us to approach Yoga from an authentic as well as an everyday viewpoint. It allows us to finally appreciate our true self while having fun, and most of all: to live life to the fullest!
